During the trial lesson the student will have the chance to meet the teacher as they would in a normal class and judge for themselves if they would like to continue taking lessons with the teacher before purchasing a lesson or lesson package.

If the student is a minor, their parents/guardians are free to attend the trial lesson with them if they want to.

We recommend to check availability before making a purchase.

The reservation is not confirmed until the payment has been completed.

Every payment for individual lessons or class packages must be made before the beginning of the first class.

If the student has to cancel a scheduled class, they must do so with a minimum of 12 hours in advance or they will be charged as if the class had taken place.

If the student cannot attend their class at the normal time, they can reschedule it within the same month.

All classes are held according to Spanish time (Madrid time zone).
